In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of News and Magazines applications on the Android platform in Georgia showcased diverse trends in downloads and revenue. Here's a closer look at the top five apps based on Sensor Tower data.

X (Formerly Twitter) from X Corp. saw fluctuations in its weekly revenue, which peaked at around $77 in early March. Downloads showed a slight upward trend in January, reaching approximately 1.8K, before decreasing towards the end of the quarter.

Hindi News by Dainik Bhaskar experienced a gradual increase in weekly downloads, peaking at about 256 in mid-March. Despite consistent downloads, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Dailyhunt - News & Magazines recorded a steady rise in downloads, reaching a high of 162 in mid-March. Similar to Dainik Bhaskar, this app reported no revenue throughout the quarter.

Way2News Daily News App saw a varied trend in downloads, with numbers fluctuating before ending the quarter on a high note with 132 downloads. Revenue remained absent for this app as well.

Lastly, Public Local News - Shuru App exhibited a gradual increase in downloads, reaching a peak of 108 in mid-March. Like other apps in this category, it did not generate revenue during the quarter.
